Man John K's blog is amazing for drawing stuff.
I'll join in. This is more general art stuff than animation though.

    Portrait Artist
    http://www.portrait-artist.org/
Some good information and gives you the basics on drawing realistic human features and such.

    Polykarbon
    http://www.polykarbon.com/tutorials/index.htm
Good basic comic book style stuff. Think it's aimed more for the manga style though because all you kids love that stuff these days. Still helpful though.

    Manga Techniques
    http://www.deleter.jp/eng/deleterclub/mangatechnique/index.html
Manga Techniques, yeah. I don't endorse learning to draw in a manga style but there are some good tips on the site regardless of what style you draw in.

    Fonts
    http://www.blambot.com/
    http://www.dafont.com/
Couple of font sites I use. I've never really needed to go anywhere else.

    Zine Making
    http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Zine_making
I don't know if anyone is interested in making mini comics on here but that site has some cool information if you ever feel like making one.

Also I found this site which is basically a collection of links to links of textures and brushes and all kinds of wonder.
