Still Life 1

This was our second still life technically, but I think my first one was badly drawn and a boring image as a whole. Drawing shapes. Yall know how it is.
Anyway, like any still life we had to draw what was in front of us. In this case a skull, a bottle, and a Greek head with some sort of animal on his head. You all can just FEEL the symbolism right? riiiight? There isn't any. I dunno what you're thinking

This one was a painfulfunproject. Once again, draw what you see. The way the apple was placed on the still life, there was a huuuuge, dramatic vibe to it! High amounts of highlight and shade. It felt so powerful, I dumbly put it in the center of the picture (My teacher was not happy). Still, I like how it came out!

This was one of our homework assignments. Watch people and draw them quickly. I would have loved to put more effort into these, but people move fast I didn't want to risk it. We also had a nude model come into class a few days, but I figured naked people weren't as good of an idea to post XD

We had to make a picture that expressed ourselves. I feel the best way people can get to know me is through my characters (My stories are very important in my life!) Since I've been planning an animated series for 2 years now, I chose one of the main characters, Jake. You all might recognize him from my avatar.

) College has kept me away from serious Photoshop drawings... I was getting the hang of it around April and haven't touched it since the end of summer.
